The Team will establish and maintain mutual lines of communication, understanding, acceptance and cooperation between the district and its members, as well as between the district and the public, working to increase awareness of Toastmasters through all available media.
The District 51 Website will be updated from time to time when news and information are received from you.

The District Newsletter One Voice will be published. This Newsletter represents the Voice of District 51 Toastmasters speaking in unity as One by having the common goal and objective of creating awareness and promoting the Toastmasters program to members and the public. There will be 4 issues for term with the target date for the 1st issue to be ready by 1st week in August 2009.

The Speakers Bureau will have a list of speakers available to facilitate members.

Clubs, Areas and Divisions are encouraged to set up their own websites and publish newsletters to win attractive Awards for the following Contests:-

As this is YOUR Newsletter, we encourage the incoming members, clubs, areas and divisions to submit articles on trainings (DOT and TLI), activities, events, achievements, motivational and inspiring stories to build up each other.

Articles from the current 2008-2009 term officers sharing their invaluable experiences and success stories are most welcome as the members have a lot to learn from you to help to bring District 51 to a higher level.

I wish to take this opportunity to thank the current DPRO Team especially DPRO Clement Pang, DTM who has given us great support in guiding and assisting us to a smooth transition.
