The Team will establish and maintain mutual lines of communication, understanding, acceptance and cooperation between the district and its members, as well as between the district and the public, working to increase awareness of Toastmasters through all available media.
The District 51 Website will be updated from time to time when news and information are received from you.
The District Newsletter One Voice will be published. This Newsletter represents the Voice of District 51 Toastmasters speaking in unity as One by having the common goal and objective of creating awareness and promoting the Toastmasters program to members and the public. There will be 4 issues for term with the target date for the 1st issue to be ready by 1st week in August 2009.
The Speakers Bureau will have a list of speakers available to facilitate members.
Clubs, Areas and Divisions are encouraged to set up their own websites and publish newsletters to win attractive Awards for the following Contests:-

It's my honour to be able to update all of you in Division K's District 51's club about the latest happening for Division K - District 51 through this website.
First of all, let me introduce you to our Division K Governor for the term 2009/2010:
Datuk Hassan Alban Sandokong, ACG ALB
Datuk Hassan, the former Speaker for Sabah State Assembly, discovered Toastmasters 8 years ago.
Since then, he has found his passion in Public Speaking and has achieved Advanced Communicator Gold 7 times.
With the Division Theme: "The Joy of Serving", he is the servant leader of the Toastmasters in Division K. He invites all of us to come forward and serve our members with joy.
